Adoptee Rights Video

I know I've been slacking on my blog, and especially on talking about adoptee rights (totally missed the 50 day letter writing campaign, and didn't write a single post during the protest). My apologies. BUT, I thought it would be awesome to share this video with you - created by a 13 year old, the daughter of an adoptee. Enjoy!

  1. I think people who have access to their intact family tree can take that for granted, even though they may not mean to.

The lack of any birth mothers objecting indicates that they're into this lobby for open records too.

The thing is that one rule for some and another for others is not fair but one rule for all is, so nobody should have closed records while others do.

  2. I know my neighbor that is adpoted is glad her records were open and her brother was able to find her.
